Be a “Change Navigator” – Change Leadership

Change Leadership cannot be taught. It has to be experienced. Here were a group of leaders who are learning about leading change through self awareness (Change Style Indicator) and simulations (Paper Planes Inc.).

The “Change Navigator” program seeks to address the root of what really matters in change: people. It is meant for all people managers, not just change leaders, who have to deal with change in their work environment.

This program is a culmination of research and adaptation of work from change experts like Kurt Lewin, Elizabeth Kubler-ross, William Bridges, Claes Janssen, Sabrina Spencer and John Adams.
