CCL Assessment Suite

Developed by the Center for Creative Leadership in the
U.S.A., the Suite includes five research-based 360-degree
instruments with a consistent reporting format to help
organizations create a common leadership language and
consistent feedback process at multiple levels through
the company.
Executive Dimensions: The challenges
faced by executives at the top levels in an organization
can differ a great deal from those at the middle management
level. Executive Dimensions is a 360-degree assessment
for development instrument designed to address the specific
leadership issues of presidents, CEOs, COOs, and executive
and senior vice presidents. The report displays a participant's
data grouped into three factors which are further divided
into 16 competencies, containing a total of 92 items.

Benchmarks: A comprehensive 360-degree
assessment tool for experienced managers that measures16
skills and perspectives critical for success, as well
as, five possible career derailers. Benchmarks offers
an in-depth look at development by assessing skills developed
from a multitude of leadership experiences, identifying
what lessons may yet to be learned and helping the executive
determine what specific work experiences need to be sought

Prospector: A unique 360-degree feedback
tool that provides feedback on two types of behaviours:
