This program
focuses on seven areas that contribute to a healthy, balanced
lifestyle and will help you manage & minimise stress.
Certain amount of stress can be healthy. At appropriate
levels stress helps to provide motivation to achieve in
both your personal and professional life. However too
much stress is likely to have a significantly negative
impact and can seriously affect your long term wellness.
There are some stressors in your life that you may feel
you have no control over. But the good news is that there
are also many things you can do to contribute to your
own wellness. This program has been designed to help you
apply seven areas that contribute to a healthy and balanced
lifestyle.
By gaining an understanding of your current state in these
key areas you can look at whether making simple changes
will help you to reduce the stress in your life and/or
cope more effectively with any stressors that are outside
your control.
The seven key areas are:
Predisposition, Physical fitness, Nutrition and diet,
Personal well-being, Emotional balance Emotional habits
and control, Work life
This program has been designed to help you understand

picture of your current stress profile. This will help
you determine where you could make changes to improve
