Solution Application
We, in DistincTions Asia, believe that our solutions are uniquely
effective in the way they are applied. We strongly advocate
the above 4-step approach to any of our solutions:
Pre-assessment/Needs Scoping
Before any solution is determined, we will work with our clients
to assess their current needs and gaps in their people or
organisation performance related to the perceived problem
in question. We offer numerous assessment tools and instruments
that can help ascertain and diagnose our clients’ current
state or level of performance to serve as a benchmark. With
this assessment, we will recommend and customise the appropriate
interventions.
Learning or Skills Training
Most of our solutions will require mindset and behavioural
changes in our clients. Thus at this stage, we will focus
on equipping our clients in 3 areas as needed: Affective (mindset),
Cognitive (knowledge) and/or Behavioural (skills).
Practice Development (Coaching/Consulting)
For any solution to be effective, it has to last and remain
rooted. Thus our solutions will include post-learning coaching
and consulting to ensure that the change initiated by the
solution does not dissipate with time and work place distractions.
This stage usually see us partnering the people in our client
organisations to practice and utilise what they had earlier
learnt.
Post-Assessment/ Feedback and Review
Finally, we will work with our clients to review the impact
and results of our solutions. The same assessment tools and
instruments used at the pre-assessment stage can be exercised
again to gauge the extent of improvement and change, using
the pre-assessment level as a baseline.
