Business Simulations are arguably one of the most useful mediums for adult learning. Our programs are always embedded with business simulation to enhance the learning effectiveness.

Mr. Potato Head Factory

This simulation is applicable for various training topics, e.g. DISC application, communication, team collaboration, influencing skills, leadership development, etc.

Participants are assigned to different roles with different constraints. Participants are to build a number of models to meet the needs of the customer within a time limit.

Cast Away

The simulation is designed for communication and team collaboration. Participants are assigned to different islands with different features. The mission for all participants is to escape from their islands.

The islands represent the different levels of a corporate. Participants will find that they have different “natural” behaviour on a different island.
